The role of Weyl Symmetry in high energy physics (PRETALK for students at 15:30 h)
I will argue that one can test the hypothesis whether the physics on scales above the electroweak scale is Weyl symmetry. Two particularly interesting ways of testing this idea is the production of gravitational waves at the electroweak phase transition and inflationary model building.
